PROPERTY DELIVERY
Check-in: from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Upon check-in, the TENANT will receive:
Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels.
2 sets of entrance keys
1 remote control for the gate
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The TENANT must provide valid ID or passport copies for all guests staying at Villa Caratti for registration with local authorities. Copies must be sent by email before arrival or provided at check-in.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay at the property. Any violation will result in immediate termination of this agreement without refund.
PROPERTY CONDITION AND LIABILITY
The TENANT must report any issues or irregularities within 24 hours of check-in.
The TENANT releases the LANDLORD from any liability arising from the use of the villa, common areas, and the docking pier. Use of the pier is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Boats may be docked only in calm conditions; in case of bad weather, guests must move the boat to a safer location to avoid damage.
VILLA CARATTI – HOUSE RULES
Villa Caratti is a private residence, not a hotel. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:
Keep doors and windows closed to maintain indoor temperature and limit mosquitoes.
Handle vintage furniture with care: many pieces are delicate and of significant value.
Always close umbrellas after use. Lake Garda is known for sudden strong winds. Damaged umbrellas will be charged.
Cleaning staff is available from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Assistance with small tasks (e.g., gathering dishes) is appreciated.
Bedrooms are cleaned between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Bed linen is changed once per week; towels twice per week. Please avoid leaving towels on the floor daily, as they will not be replaced more frequently.
